Radio Dynamics - Stand Alone
Mix funk loaded bass lines, deliciously understated drum work, searing rock guitar and one of the best voices you're likely to hear, add an infusion of Power Pop and you have Radio Dynamics.
One of the more prominent of the local bands in the Teesside/Durham area at the moment, and only one of a handful that have the potential to go on to much bigger things.
Radio Dynamics will have your feet tapping, your head nodding and if you're not careful a full blooded urge to bop may take hold; go with it I say. This is an outstanding EP; 4 tracks of pure unashamed funky, rocky pop. So good that it doesn't take any leap of imagination at all to envisage any of these songs being played on national radio.
The band are performing all over the North East & beyond and I'd urge anyone to go along and catch them live. Having had the pleasure of seeing them myself on several occasions, I can honestly say these guys sound as good live as they do on this wonderfully produced EP.
