Singer songwriter Sarah Russell offers up her superbly sublime 4 track debut EP and quite simply it's magnificent.

With a truly beautiful voice accompanied by an acoustic guitar, these four songs showcase this talented young lady perfectly.

With possible influences ranging from Tori Amos, Nick Drake, Kate Bush via Joni Mitchell and Kristin Hersh - particularly the Hips & Makers album - and incorporating Lily Allen-esque inflections, this is a truly fantastic EP.

It's difficult to pick out a song for special mention as they're all that good, but at a push I'd say the stand out track was "Right Light", which is simply gorgeous. If you're a fan of solo/acoustic music, you'll thank me for pointing Sarah out to you.
